Cherries have melatonin in them and help a person to get a good night's rest. Cherries are so good for you that they help balance sodium and potassium to moderate a person's blood pressure. Cherries are full of B vitamins and fiber that are great for weight loss. Eat cherries to lose weight So go ahead and indulge yourself.
